Jaylen Brown made a statement in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals, dropping a 40-point performance to lead the Boston Celtics to a 114-111 victory over the Indiana Pacers.
Brown's scoring outburst helped the Celtics erase an 18-point deficit in the second half and take a commanding 3-0 lead in the series. The Celtics are now one win away from advancing to the NBA Finals for the second time in three years.
In addition to Brown's heroics, Jayson Tatum added 28 points and 12 rebounds for the Celtics. Gordon Hayward also chipped in with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
